We have 4 ways to receive your Pet food,

1. Local Delivery

2. Out Of Area Local Delivery (within 20miles of the shop)

3. National delivery

and

4. Click & Collect from either our shop in Whitchurch or our collection point at Pegasus Gym in the Aylesbury Town centre.

1-2. Local Delivery & Out Of Area Local Delivery:

We make our local & out of area local deliveries on a Friday. Please make sure that you reach the minimum order required for delivery. You must make sure you order by 2pm Thursday for the Friday delivery.

Delivery times are between the hours of 7am and 7pm. 

Please note, this is a local delivery only service we offer in house, the area we cover can be confirmed at checkout.

Local delivery £3.00 - minimum order £10

Out Of Area Local Delivery £8.00 - minimum order £20

Please make sure you are logged in and when you select a product it will inform you if we deliver to your area but as a general guide we deliver to Aylesbury and the locally surrounding villages.

National Delivery:

Our national delivery service is fulfilled by APC. Whilst the delivery service we employ on your behalf is for a 1 working day turn around we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within that time frame due to APC's systems and processes being out of our control, if the order does not arrive within 24hours from the time we send it we will not be able to offer a refund.

All frozen National Deliveries must be a minimum of 5kg's (full box) otherwise we cannot guarantee the order will arrive frozen.

All orders must be placed by 9am Monday to Friday for Express24 delivery, orders placed after 9am on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday evening.

National Delivery is £7.99 for up to 12kg

We DO NOT offer refunds on any frozen orders.
