Delivery:

We make deliveries every Wednesday and Friday. Please make sure that you also reach the minimum order required for delivery. You must make sure you order by 2pm Tuesday for Wednesday Delivery & 2pm Thursday for the Friday delivery.

Delivery times are between the hours of 10am and 7pm. 

Please note, this is a local delivery only service the area we cover can be confirmed at checkout.

Local delivery £3.00 - minimum order £10

Outer area £8.00 - minimum order £20

Please make sure you are logged in and when you select a product it will inform you if we deliver to your area but as a general guide we deliver to Aylesbury and the locally surrounding villages.

Collection:

We have 2 collection points:

Whitchurch - Pegasus Pets Shop opening hours

Unit 1 Whitchurch Business Park, Buckingham Road, Whitchurch, Bucks, HP22 4RB

Monday to Friday 10am til 6pm

Saturday 9am til 2pm

Aylesbury - Pegasus Gym - Collection Only

2 Britannia Walk, Aylesbury, Bucks HP20 1QR

Monday to Saturday 12am til 5pm 

For Gym Collections orders must be placed by midnight the day before collection.

Returns:

We do not accept returns for frozen food that has left our building. We are unable to resell due to issues with possible defrosting.

Subscription:

If you opt for our subscription service you will be billed dependant on the subscription you choose:

Weekly Delivery/Collection: You will be billed  Weekly on the date you set up your subscription and receive a delivery/Collection weekly.

2 weekly Delivery/Collection: You will be billed every 2 weeks on the date you set up your subscription and will receive a delivery/Collection every 2 weeks.

Monthly Delivery/Collection: You will be billed for 1 fulfilments (4 weeks) on the date you set up your subscription and will receive a delivery/collection every 4 weeks.

8 Weekly Monthly Delivery/Collection: You will be billed for 2 fulfilments (8 weeks) on the date you set up your subscription and will receive a delivery every 4 weeks
